“My husband and I heard Jessica play for the first time last winter at a friend’s Christmas party. We listened as she played a beautiful piece as well as all the the familiar Christmas carols. It was amazing to sit by the fire and listen to such a stunning performance. It is not usually the type of… thing you are treated to at a private party but something you would expect to need tickets to see.”

Serving the greater Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area, Jessica is a seasoned violinist and performer, playing on stages from the Gulf Coast to the Pacific Northwest. She graduated with her degree in violin performance in 2005 and has performed with symphonies in Texas, Washington, and Idaho, and with chamber groups in Texas and Washington. As a soloist, she has performed extensively at weddings and events, from corporate luncheons and cocktail hours to the stage at the North Idaho State Fair to fiddle sessions at the local Irish pub.

Jessica fell in love with music at an early age. It all started the Christmas after she turned five. She and her brother were supposed to sing “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” at a family gathering. But after hearing her cousins play the piano, she decided she wanted to do that instead!

Of course, she’d never played piano before, so that didn’t go very well. She started piano lessons that fall, and at age ten, she started playing the violin through school. It became her primary instrument shortly afterward, and it’s been a love affair ever since.

A versatile violinist, she grew up surrounded by all types of music and likes to move seamlessly between them as the situation warrants, from classical favorites to traditional Irish tunes to the latest hits on the radio.
